Our Policies

We require a $100.00 deposit in order to reserve this time for your appointment. You can call us to make the deposit on Mobile.

CLIENT ONLY IN THE PROCEDURE ROOM:

Though a friend or family may accompany you to your appointment, we have learned it is best that they do not sit on your procedure. It is important the Artist is able to have their full focus on you, the client. Friends and family tend to be a distraction for both the client and the artist.

CHILDREN, TODDLERS, AND BABIES:

Though we love children, toddlers and babies, we must kindly ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment. Unfortunately, they are a distraction to the artist, as well as the other guests having services at Nola Microblading. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please kindly give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to give us an opportunity to rebook your appointment time and avoid a cancellation fee.

If you must cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or you miss your scheduled appointment, we will make every attempt to rebook the time with another client. If we are unable to rebook your appointment time, we’ll, unfortunately, have to charge you the full price of your scheduled service.

In the event of a weather emergency, if the public schools in your town or in Louisiana are closed due to weather and you’re unable to make it into Nola Microblading, we’ll waive the cancellation fee.
